We have a well-equipped sheet metal shop, an essential part of our manufacturing backward integration. This facility has a variety of presses including pneumatic and hydraulic presses, CNC turrets and CNC press brakes, laser cutting and shearing machines. We also have an automated powder coating plant with a 13-tank pretreatment process capable of handling a large variety of materials, ensuring consistent quality and thickness of paint coating.

Our sheet metal shop is capable of handling a variety of tools and products. We are continuously improving and upgrading our sheet metal capabilities. We also plan to upgrade our tools to be able to handle in-house manufacturing of a variety of tools for both sheet metal and plastic injection molding applications.
