Virtuoso Polymers Private Limited (VPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited (VOEPL), was founded in 2024. The company focuses on components for appliances including plastic extrusion, plastic Moulding and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) components used in a variety of equipment, including air conditioners.

VPPL is located near Chennai in Tamil Nadu and features a modern production facility equipped with latest technologies to satisfy industrial standards. With a vision to grow its presence, the company intends to create more production plants around the country, assuring strong supply chain operations for its customers and contributing to the "Make in India" effort.

YLP Solutions Private Limited (YLP), is a subsidiary of Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited (VOEPL). YLP was incorporated in 2014 and has been executing projects and facilitating the online sale of a diverse range of products. Going forward YLP is focusing on renewable energy generation & related projects. This strategic step is consistent with VOEPL's commitment to sustainable development and energy-efficient solutions.
