VOEPL has a comprehensive molding shop with machines ranging from 86T to 1300T (including injection blow molding (IBM) machines) capable of producing a vast variety of components and parts. VOEPL is further adding machines with a capacity of up to 1700T, thus increasing its molding capacity.
Sheet Metal
We have a well-equipped sheet metal shop, an essential part of our manufacturing backward integration. This facility has a variety of presses including pneumatic and hydraulic presses, CNC turrets and CNC press brakes, laser cutting and shearing machines.
Powder Coating
At VOEPL, we employ an advanced 11-tank process paired with a state-of-the-art conveyorized powder coating machine to ensure the highest quality finish for our products.
Copper Tubing Systems
At VOEPL, we specialize in the production of high-quality copper tubing parts. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities include 3D bending, tapping, brazing, and cutting utilizing state-of-the-art machinery to ensure precision and consistency.
Heat Exchangers
In an air conditioning system, heat exchangers are pivotal components that facilitate the cooling process. These exchangers consist of two main types: the condenser, which converts refrigerant gas into liquid by transferring heat to air or water, and the evaporator, where the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding warm air, thereby cooling it.
Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Founded initially as an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, VOEPL has evolved into a comprehensive industry player, expanding its capabilities to include LED lighting manufacturing and later venturing into the air conditioning and components business.

Thermoforming
With the addition of Commercial Refrigeration products in our portfolio, VOEPL to provide the best solutions at competitive price to its customers, has taken the thermoforming process inhouse capable of forming plastic parts upto 2000 mm long and 700 mm deep.
Cyclopentane Foaming
Foaming operation is fundamental part of any Commercial or Domestic Refrigeration line. We have an advances foaming setup with height, width & length adjustable automated foaming fixtures capable of handling chest freezers ranging from 100L to 700L.

Aluminium Pressure Die Casting
At VOEPL, we pride ourselves on our advanced manufacturing capabilities, including the use of state-of-the-art aluminum die casting machine with a capacity of 180 tonnages.
